2017 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Hunter Junior Rugby Union will be held at the Function Room, No. 2 Sportsground at 6.00pm on Wednesday 6th December 2017.

iii. Confirmation of previous AGM Minutes – 5 December 2016
iv. To consider the Annual Report, Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet, duly audited.
v. Election of Office Bearers

• HJRU Rule 28 (d) (3)
Notice of any general business for consideration at any Annual General Meeting shall be given in writing to the Secretary no later than 5.00pm on the 10th November each year and in the event that such date is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, then by
5.00pm on the first business day immediately following such Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.

• Election of Office Bearers 15 (b)
Nominations for all office bearers shall be in writing, signed by the proposer and submitted to the Union Office at least 3 business days before the time fixed for the Annual General Meeting, as per the publication of the first notice of the AGM. The proposer shall be the Secretary of a Member club or affiliated association, or a Life Member, or a current office bearer of the Union.
